Created in collaboration with actor Soomin Chun and actor/filmmaker Emma Thatcher, SOOMIN (17:46) won the audience award at the 2018 San Francisco independent short film festival. The short, bittersweet comedy tells the story of a young Korean woman struggling with her visa, and a new acquaintance who’s over-eager to help.
